Clean, upbeat and delicious. What a fun atmosphere. It was a bit crowded, but it was not a bad wait. Our 4 year old got the fish sticks and they were as good as the fish and chips we’d had in England recently! I had a Southwest Salad and the smoked turkey on it was super good—not dry. Their collard greens were crazy flavorful. They have a dedicated parking lot but it wasn’t quite enough... popular place in a good location.

The food here is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend the corn muffins, they're insane! The pulled pork and briskets were delicious, all around no misses on the menu. We were treated so well by the staff, it made everything great especially as we had our grandmother with us. Absolutely worth the visit!

I can't say enough good things about the food. As someone who also smokes food quite often, im usually very picky when it comes to restaurant smoked food. However, Blossom Hill hits every mark. I ordered the smoked half chicken, collards, Mac n cheese, and the corn muffins. Wow, everything was absolutely fantastic. Each food item was seasoned perfectly, which is rare. The smoked chicken was very tender and moist. I've never had corn muffins like the ones here, and they were fantastic. When I visit Rome, I'll definitely stop by again. Absolutely excellent food.

Wow, when in Rome do what the Roman's do, EAT AT BLOSSOM HILL! Delicious Brisket, Large tasty biscuits , the gravy..did I mention the sausage gravy. Smooth coffee. I can't say enough. The staff was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere made you feel at home!

The milkshakes are insanely good. Fried pickles are a must. Esp. Loved how the dill ranch dip paired. Brisket was delicious. Service was fantastic. I highly recommend this chill spot.

This was our first time visiting Blossom Hill. We have been longtime customers of Honeymoon Bakery. We got there around 1:45 and decided to wait until 2 so we could order from the lunch menu. It was around 110 including tip for 5 of us (4 adults and 1 child) I ordered the Cobb salad and it was so good. Smoked chicken, bacon, blue cheese, tomatoes, and house made ranch. Probably one of my top 5 Cobb salads I have had flavor wise. My husband ordered the Brisket tray with collard greens, barrancho (sp?) beans, Brunswick stew and he said it was all really good and the brisket was A (forgot a pic of his meal) My son had a double blossom burger with pepper jack and bacon. My mother had a single blossom burger with cheddar and extra pickles. They both enjoyed them. My son really liked the Mac & cheese. My 5 year old had a hamburger slider meal and ate the whole thing. We then shared a cookies and cream milkshake and a bourbon butter pecan milkshake. I’m glad the employee at the register told me about the bourbon being strong so the kids probably wouldn’t enjoy it. The adults did though! Overall we had a great experience. Food was delicious, employees were nice, restaurant was clean and had a nice look to it. We will definitely be back soon! We also plan to visit Aventine to finish the trifecta ! Haha We came back again and hubs had the Smokehouse Burger and I had the buffalo chicken dip and street corn. Another yummy lunch!

Omg! My friend and I just visited Blossom hill for the first time and it was phenomenal! The service was top tier and all we saw were smiling faces that were intent on making our experience top tier. My friend seemed to enjoy her food, she got the pulled pork tray and I'm pescatarian so I had the vegetarian burger and it was sooooooo good! The blossom sauce was 10 out of 10. The potato salad was amazing and had just the right amount of dill! We also sat outdoors and there's a cool bar as well as games so it is very family friendly, bring the kiddos! All in all this place was just amazing. We will definitely be back. Keep smiling!

I'm in Rome for 4 days and upon my arrival I found Blossom near my hotel and decided to grab lunch. I've been back 4 times in the past 3 days! Every single item l've had has been top notch. The staff has been overly friendly and accommodating. If you read the negative comments first and foumine later just trust me those people are crazy. There hasn’t been nothing negative about this place. In those 4 visits I’ve witnessed managers or maybe owners meeting 3 times. They all seem to get along well and seem to care about their product. I’m sure there are other worthy places to eat in town but I’ve not made an effort to find out. Nice job Blossom from one entrepreneur to another keep up the great work
